Hi. 

I have just got an email from Paolo from Il Castello Di Atlante with the lineup of this festival.

It takes place in somewhere in France between August 19th - 21th. 

It takes place in Saint‑Palais‑sur‑Mer, which is halfway between La Rochelle and Bordeaux on the Atlantic coast on the other side of the Pyrenees from Spain. I think Tour De France has visited this town on a regular basis. Yes, I am a sad person.
