It’s all prepared and ready for what seems will be the largest prog rock festival ever realized in Lima – UNA NOCHE DE ROCK PROGRESIVO IV. 
It is the fourth event organized by SONIDOS LATENTES in its Noche De Rock Progresivo series (English: A Night Of Progressive Rock).

UNA NOCHE DE ROCK PROGRESIVO IV will take place on Saturday, March 12th, at the Auditorium of La Derrama Magisterial, located in Gregorio Escobedo St., no. 591 (Jesús María).

Official starting time: 2.00 PM

Ticket price: S/. 5 (five soles!!, a ridiculously wonderful bargain)

Here’s the list of bands gathered for such a grand occasion

Also, there will be projections of Peruvian rock bands’ video-clips on a gigantic screen, as well as a sales fair of records, t-shirts, etc.

As you can see, the bill comprises a great variety of musical conceptions that are currently being stated in Lima's non-mainstreem and/or underground scene. Together with veterans such as FLOR DE LOTO (prog-folk), KHARMINA BURANNA (symphonic-meets-heavy prog), ETER-K (progressive space-rock) and DEL PUEBLO (a living legend of Peru's fusion-rock), you find new voices of Peruvian prog-metal (SHAKKEN, G.X., LA CAJA DE SCHRÖDINGER), jazz-prog (EXPRESO IMAGINARIO) and art-rock oriented heavy metal (ÁRBOL DE FUEGO, CIRCO AL EDÉN). A total of 14 bands to feel the passage of tiem from afternoon to midnight in the most exciting way - being exposed to music.

	SONIDOS LATENTES has organized a total of 21 concerts through the year 2010, and it's already 3 in the first two months of 2011. UNA NOCHE DE ROCK PROGRESIVO IV will be handled completely professionally, using sound equipments that were part of the Lima gigs by Metallica, Death Angel and many others. QUARTER NOTE, managed by one of the mos trespected soudn engineers in Lima, Paul Pinto, will be the specific man in charge of the sound thing.
