He will check if something is available, in the mean time the info in my first post of this thread is all that's available:
Kogaion was a Romanian Symphonic Rock band founded in1993. They were active on the underground scene and released a self titled album in 1999. The album represents a selection from their much longer stage show called “The Castle” which unfortunately was never recorded entirely because no producer was interested in this kind of music.
