Just received the following message from John Novello, leader of the powerhouse prog & jazz rock instrumental goup Niacin:

How's it hangin?  My new live solo project CD, Threshold, was just released 
they tell me in the UK last week distributed thru Proper Records.  Contact ...............

I have no other info, but I'll expect something at least slightly different from Niacin. Niacin's Billy Sheehan will be touring UK end June/start of July with the G3 package  with Satriani/Vai/Fripp. 
And former Beefheart's Magic band guitarist Gary Lucas has sent me this info wrt UK and other European gigs:
June 11th-13th--GL plays solo and conducts "Bottleneck Guitar" and "Sophisticated Guitar" workshops at 7th Stamford Guitar Festival, Lincolnshire England, with Geoff Muldaur, Wizz Jones and others.
June 22nd-- The Magic Band (GL, John French, Denny Walley and Mark Boston), Paradiso, Amsterdam
June 23rd--The Magic Band, Concorde 2, Brighton England
June 24th--The Magic Band, Bridgewater Hall, Manchester England
June 25th--The Magic Band, Glastonbury Festival, England
June 27th--The Magic Band, Carling Academy, Bristol England
June 28th-29th--The Magic Band, The Garage, London
July 1st--The Magic Band, Academy, Liverpool England
July 2nd--The Magic Band, Irish Center, Leeds England
July 3rd--The Magic Band, Phoenix Arts Centre, Exeter England
