The stoat. Its fur is used in the mantle that a King or Queen of the Netherlands wears on the inaugurationation day
 (pic).

In absence of the stoat I vote for the weasel.

sorry, i should have included the stout, its a cool one. feisty

but they are sort of included into this umbrella family

Weasels /ˈwzəl/ are mammals forming the genus Mustela of the Mustelidae family. The genus includes the weasels, European polecatsstoatsferrets and European minks.

Hmm, tough choice.  Do I go with otters (like Philippe from the now-defunct Achewood)?  Do I go with badgers (badger-badger-badger-badger-MUSHROOM-MUSHROOM)?  Do I go with weasels (i.e. lawyers, politicians, business execs etc.)?  Do I go with wolverines (pound for pound I am the most vicious of all!)?

*flips 4-sided coin*

Otters it is then.

Other: Ferret

Since these are the only domesticated one and the ones least likely to rip your flesh, though that is not guaranteed, as this popular (in the UK at least) clip of the late Richard "Countdown" Whiteley shows:
