Hello From NY! Quick Newbie Question!

I have been a daily visitor of this site for years... but now I want to start posting some reviews. So I wrote a review for Lovers End Pt 3 by Moon Safari, but I have no clue on how to post. I can see it when I go to the edit ratings/reviews page, but it only lets me save it, not post it... little help here!
