Im listening to second album and it is not so different from Empire, from Queensryche which is some years later, and sort of like it,

i think it was glam and heavy metal cause at this time Dimebag wanted to express his Eddy van Halen admiration, and play in his ballpark, i can also hear some Lukather elements in Dimebags playing

I only have Power Metal out of that era but I never listened to it that much. I'll listen to your videos later since I'm also a huge Diambag fan, thanks.

I saw Umur listening to all of those albums about a month back on MMA and didn't know what they were.  I am only familiar with some of their latter period albums.  I didn't even know that a glam period existed.  Embarrassed

Never heard the pre-Cowboy albums, had no interest. The same way I was never interested in what Alice 'N Chainz originally sounded like.
