Black Willows - psych/space rock.

"Black Willows" is a psychedelic/space rock band from Lausanne, Switzerland. Their music influenced by 70's psychedelic rock and desert rock. At the same time their sound maybe describe as shamanistic and hypnotic, and sounds of heavy guitars and of sitar immerses a listener in trance. One of reviewers describes their style as "some Dead Meadow shoegaze meeting heavy psych jam payoffs in slowed down subspace". Very probably.
The band members are: Aleister Crowley (guitar, vocals), Melanie Renaud (guitar), Kevin Richard (bass), Nicolas Monica (drums).
"Black Willows" realised their first digital album on 9 February 2013. It called "Haze".

Normally I'd move this thread to the unsigned bands forum, but seeing as these guys have a web presence outside of the one they created for themselves + multiple peeps from across the globe chiming in, I think it's fair to give them the benefit of a doubtSmile

Let's see what the marmalade skies have to say about em. Forwarded to the psych teamThumbs Up
