I guess I'm what you could call extrovert. I talk regularly with friends and family. I mostly use it as a way of checking up stuff on PA, but after that it's a phone-phone 'Yes hallo?' All that zing.

I use the flashlight feature quite a bit too. I have the iPhone 5 and its light is pretty damn impressive for it's size.

The secret is being an introvert.  I speak on my cell almost only to arrange meeting friends/colleages, etc., an average of ten minutes per month.  Also, because of the nature of my job, the ringer is often off.

I thought phones were for playing music and looking sh*t up!
