Most of us (PA fans) know Rob Reed and his resume. He released his solo album "Sanctuary". When I listened to this album for first time , I confused so much. It similar to Mike Oldfield's 70's albums specially "Tubular Bells". Same Sound, Compose, Accompaniment, Instruments playing, Arrangement and .... You can see easily this similarities. Copy from A to Z!!
I really want to know your opinion about that.

Its indeed nearly a perfect copy and its well done. Whereas Oldfield is one of the great musical genius the UK ever brought forth Rob bless him is not. I still like it though as Oldfield stopped doing this sort of thing a long time ago (24 years?!) and so I don't see why someone else shouldn't have a go. Is it any good is the big question? Yes its passable 3 star undemanding fare.

Mike Oldfield is a great musician and composer. I agree with you. As you said Rob Reed released "a perfect copy ". I miss Oldfield 70's style so much and enjoy sanctuary but copy is copy and I cant rate the Copy Album. I think These kind of Copy albums are "Unvaluable". I Expect RR more than "Just a perfect copy"(IMO)
