I wouldn't call either prog and I am not fond of these two songs, but I think Dreadlock Holiday is the better of these two. -------------

Dreadlock Holiday is funny, clever and sounds great. The ELO track is good but not one of their very best. ------------- A TVR is not a car. It's a way of life. |

Dreadlock Holiday. 10cc produced a load of great singles (and albums) but this was a step down, an insipid bit of cod reggae. It was a huge hit though, so I suppose you can't argue with that. Jeff Lynn's biggest musical crime was the Travelling Wilburys production sound that he even inflicted on the Beatles.
Edit: Oops, just noticed I didn't read this properly and thought it was about which track was the worst, hence my vote for Dreadlock Holiday which I don't like. Note to self: do try to keep up Cactus! ------------- "And now...on the drums...Mick Underwooooooooood!!!" "He's up the pub" |

Well..imo they are both kind of cheesy but I like the early ELO albums better than the early 10CC ones. The later ones are mediocre by both bands. ------------- One does nothing yet nothing is left undone. Haquin |
