It's been a while since I listened to that one, but probably both for me.

I'll give Side A a vote, but really, I think of them as two parts of the same piece, and so never really distinguished between them.

The whole package is classic, and Side One (Swastikas on Parade) has some great moments: Land of a Thousand Dances; The Letter...

But the flipside (Hitler was a Vegetarian) has the best tunes: Light My Fire; Yummy Yummy Yummy; Good Lovin'; In-A-Gadda-Da-Vida; and the Beatles/Stones finale. Voting for Option B...

Side Two, all the way, but the album would not be complete with the opening salvos of Side One.

Ermm Never listened to them. Seems like I'm missing something.

I have a few Residents albums.  A few of them I really like, this one I would toss back.  You have to be a musical masochist to like this...

I would recommend Trout Mask Replica to you.

Now you've got me wondering what a mashup of The Third Reich and Roll and (No Pussyfooting) would sound like...

B, but only because it gets better and better as it goes along, and it starts off great!

Don't really care for this album by them, but I suppose I'll vote for side B.

Among the Residents-classics that I can imagine sounded cutting edge back when it was released but as a listening experience it got old really fast. This is excellent though so I'll go for the A-side.

I forget at the moment which title goes on which side, but yeah, that second side, especially toward the end, is fantastic.  The juxtapositions of the source material are perfect.

I have the cd in the hardbound book, anyone else?
