Old missed suggestion for Zeuhl. This sort of stuff is way beyond my comfort zone, so I am hardly fit to comment really. Just bumping the topic for someone more knowledgeable than myself to post their thoughts. Definitely sounds like prog to me, but not sure that Zeuhl is the right sub for it.
