From the Jazz Rock/Fusion conference we have one of its greatest and most loved bands From the US. WEATHER REPORT From the mighty Symphonic Conference we have one of most loved of all sympo bands! From England RENAISSANCE!!! Vegas oddsmakers have installed Renaissance as a 15 vote favorite but can Weather Report pull the upset. I do have a lot of time for Renaissance's classic albums, but Weather Report appeal more to my current tastes - so they get my vote. |

Curveball of a poll, here! I love WR and Jaco/Josef/AJ (etc.), but each band excels at what they do to staggering degrees. I'm inclined to vote for WR but these two bands couldn't be more dissimilar.
