Steve....you have crossed the line in making me choose between Camel and Caravan.......I'll have to think on this.

Why all the Camel votes? Do people not like Caravan's whimsical nature?

The hardest of this series of polls. This is something like The Snow Goose vs. Grey and Pink. I vote for Camel.

Camel for me, they're one of those few bands that never lost their way even if they had a few weak albums, their last couple of albums are simply amazing.

It takes several Camels to make a Caravan. Or was that a train I don't remember.

Used to think they were both a little lightweight. Maybe they are compared to KC, Magma and VdGG but I still love them both. Camel as I've probably lightened to Mirage more than all the five Caravan albums I got combined.

I like it very much, but I like Camel's astonishing musicality and emotion even more.

You have already voted in this poll.
Still Caravan though. I prefer every Caravan album up until the plump girls to anything Camel did. That's not to say I don't love the Camel debut and Mirage, because I do...there's just something about those beautiful Sinclairs that trumps the Camel. Richard's vocals, for once, are miles ahead of Latimer imo. Dave's organs on the other hand are the first thing I want after a mini festival weekend of all electronic music. In the Land of Grey and Pink is most likely the first album I pick when I get home...yeah well that or Lucio Battisti's Anima Latina entirely depending on the level of the hangover.

I like them both, but I had to go with Camel. Besides, at one point they were literally half ex-Caravan members.
