Here we go again! The Premiership, the mother of all soccer leagues, kicked off today, and in a spectacular way, as Man Utd beat Everton with a splendid performance.

BUT, the question is, which team is going to lift the trophy next spring? Chelsea perhaps? Could Arsenal do it? Could the glory days of Man Utd be back? Or will Liverpool surprise everyone and take the title?

It's down to these four teams, it always is, although Liverpool is just a challenger, but their team seems pretty strong this time around. Behind The Big Four there really aren't any teams that would have the potential, but I still included the "Other" option.

Vote and discuss!

I like Mourinho; it's good to have a character in the game.  would be nice to see a bit more competition that the same top3 teams though.

He's the best manager around. But what an arsehole. Four trophies?? Yeah, for sure.

Be nice to be able to vote other, for Spurs, the team I've supported since the 80-81 season, but it looks like the title will stay in London for another year ... Chelsea, methinks

I want it to be Liverpool of course, although given that Chelsea had players worth £60,000,000 sitting on the sub's bench yesterday (roughly equal to the value of Arsenal's entire team) I suspect that Abramovich has already bought this year's Premiership title.

Put Celtic and Rangers in the Premiership so that poor Hearts, Hibs and
Dunfermline (etc) can have a chance! The Scottish league is the most
bizarre phenomenon in sports...every year, only two teams will ever have
the chance to win, because they have several times more money than the
others!

Well, it's probably the worst now, but from 1947-2000, that's 54 consecutive seasons I believe, only 3 teams (Porto, Benfica and Sporting Lisbon) won the Portugese league ... in fact aside from Belenenses in 1946 and Boavista in 2001, every title from 1935 until 2005 has gone to one of the big three ...

These leagues need to establish some parity right now. I don't like
American football at all, but it really worked for them.

Yeah but two of their victories have been extremely lucky and one was very generously assisted by the referee.

Man Utd are unbeaten as well and looking strong.

1) Chelsea

2) Man Utd

3) Arsenal

4) Liverpool

5) Spurs

That's my prediction...I can't see anyone coming close to Chelsea, with the spending power they have at the mo...Arsenal & Liverpool only need a couple of injuries over the winter to stretch their squads, whereas Man Utd, who'll improve on last season, are still a team in transition...

More pressing will be Leicester City's 16th place finish in the Championship..
