From the Krautrock Conference we have... the mighty.. AMON DUUL II
From the Psyche/S-R Conference we have... the even more mighty... Pink Floyd!!!
Vegas has installed Floyd as a 25 vote favorite owing that AD II was barely able to beat a frickin American AOR group. Can AD II pull the upset... ahh.. NO.. but can they cover the spread? We shall see?

Another toughie but Floyd get the slight edge for more career consistency.

Love Floyd... but just love AD II that much more.. spacier.. more wild and fiery..more inconsistent perhaps but more ..authentic.
AD II gets my vote even as they crash and burn big time here. Then again, the only bands that can beat floyd are crushing bands in other brackets.

Floyd easily, notwithstanding a small handful of stunning ADII albums.

AD II made a respectable showing in the Tournament but it's time for them to make way for a titan.

I still hate to vote against Amon Duul II but at the same time I have to vote for Pink Floyd.

you have more fight in you than many of us. Perhaps that story is true that the Floyd's are putting chemicals in the grass so we wouldn't fight and making us f**king pacifists..
or we are simply gearing up for the real battle to begin tomorrow

I'll continue to vote against Floyd. It'll take someone as boring as Mike Oldfield to make me vote for them, and although I still don't get ADII, boring they are not.

to the band man.. they are no longer f**king Camel... but the voters oh no...not the voters The band couldn't help being ... Camel.. lack of talent and creativity is what it is. They worked with what they had. That is why they had such a long consistent career. The great ones did as all great groups did... had personality conflicts and creative differences and flew apart. The fans.. prog fans.. that think consistency trumps hit and miss brilliance.. in prog rock of all things where the form is predicated upon taking risks and expanding the boundries..As the old sage of prog Micky once said.. consistency.. is just another word for mediocrity .. oh no. Camel voters have not been forgiven.. nor forgotten
