This thread is for information only, since the band has apparently already been passed to the Crossover team for evaluation via private message...and cleared within two days! http://progfreak.com/Cloud-Atlas-162216.html?path=pa/recent" rel="nofollow - http://progfreak.com/Cloud-Atlas-162216.html?path=pa/recent .
Anyway...
Cloud Atlas is the band formed by former Stolen Earth, Breathing Space and Mostly Autumn vocalist Heidi Widdop. A member of York’s burgeoning prog-rock scene, and alumna of some of that city’s most prominent bands, in 2013 the singer, songwriter and musician set out on her own quest to realise her own vision with her own band. The band features Martin Ledger on guitar (one-time musical partner with Heidi in the duo 'The Secrets'), a rhythm section of Neil Scott and Mostly Autumn alumni Stu Carver, and Dave Randall on keys.
As is becoming increasingly common nowadays, the band crowdfunded the album with a pre-order campaign, release day was June 24th 2014, and the band actually launched the album with a live gig at Fibbers in York on June 28th 2014.
