In The Court Of The Crimson King - The Court Of The Crimson King In The Wake Of Poseidon - Cat Food/Cadence And Cascade Lizard - Cirkus None of Islands is memorable to me. Lark's Tongues In Aspic- Easy Money Starless And Bible Black - Great Deciever Red - Starless, honourable mention to Fallen Angel, though even then Starless is the obvious choice for me. Discipline - Matte Kudasai, hard to choose though. Beat - Waiting Man/Heartbeat Three Of A Perfect Pair - Three Of A Perfect Pair THRAK - Dinosaur Haven't heard all of The ConstruKction Of Light The Power To Believe: Eyes Wide Open

Schizoid, Pictures, Lizard, Saturday, Red, Nightwatchman, Discipline, Frame. I haven't got Islands or Beat yet and stopped collecting at the mid 80s ------------- All I like is prog related bands beginning late 60's/early 70's. Their music from 1968 - 83 has the composition and sound which will never be beaten. Perfect blend of jazz, classical, folk and rock. |

This is a tough one because KC is at the top of my list of best bands, but I will try... ITCOTCK - 20th Century Schizoid Man In the Wake of Poseidon - Cat Food/Groon (bonus track b-side), Devil's Triangle Lizard - Lizard Islands - Sailor's Tale/Prelude: Song of the Gulls LTIA - Both pt. 1 and 2 of the title track/Talking Drum Starless and Bible Black - Fracture Red - Starless/Red Discipline - Matte Kudasai/Discipline Beat - Neal and Jack and Me/Requiem Three of a Perfect Pair - title track/Industry/LTIA pt 3 Thrak - Everything on it...love this album Constrkction of Light - LTIA pt 4/The World is My Oyster Soup Kitchen Wax Floor Museum/Into the Frying Pan The Power to Believe - Level Five/Happy With What You Have to Be Happy With This was as hard as I expected....and I just couldn't pick a favorite off of Thrak. I know I'm the odd one out here but I love that album, but Red still remains my favorite album of all because it's so hard to beat a perfect masterpiece like "Starless"....simply amazing.
