No, seriously. What type of REAL allergies you have? (nuts, almonds, milk, cats or dogs - in which case I don't like you Tongue - , citrics, meat, pollen)... I have 0 allergies to anything. I have been lucky so far.

I'm fortunately allergy-free, but one of my kids has a really terrible tree pollen allergy.

Seasonal mold allergies, mostly wet leaves and high levels of pollen, cat allergies, and fuccbois. For some reason, I am not allergic to Poison Ivy, as most people are. I always like to scare people by rolling around in it.

Be careful rolling in poison ivy, your immunity might change.

Cats tend to make me sneeze.  My mom's friend used to have siamese cats and by the time we left a visit there I looked like Rocky after his fight with Apollo Creed.  "Cut me Mick".  I also tend to have allergies during allergy season. Not sure if it is pollen or mold.  I don't believe that I have ever actually been tested for allergies.

I am also apparently allergic to penicillin.  I had a bad reaction to it as a toddler.  I don't really know what happened, I just know to tell my doctors that I can't take it.

General environmental allergies, which keep me nasally congested year round. Also some cats.

I'm pretty sure I'm very mildly allergic to cats. Ever since we got my first cat Shadow when I was about five, I've had congestion in my throat, having to cough it up every so often. It's nothing major, and the only way I could get rid of it is to stay away from my cats, which is not an option.

I wish I was as old as you.  Wink  I'm only 18...
Simon and Garfunkel started my love of music, early last year.  And then I found legendary progw**kers ELP by accident on YouTube.

They were still playing together in 1971?

I was joking, and I was about five in '71.

When I was just 5 I was "tested" for allergies at an allergists office. They performed 100 scratch tests on my back. The pain was excruciating. One of them swelled up so bad it covered 1/4 of my back which meant they had to redo 25 of them on my arms. My poor mother was in tears as they hacked her little guy to bits.

The results:
Sever allergies to cat fur, goldenrod, ragweed, feathers and dust. I spent the first 14yrs of my life locked in a basement with A/C blasting iaway since going outside in the summer/fall was deadly to me.

Many years of allergy shots and two nearly deadly reactions to those shots when I was 17. I stop them immediately.

These days it's mostly cats, ragweed and goldenrod that gives me grief.

^ that sounds like a real ordeal for any child/teenager to go through.

I have no allergies except sulfa antibiotics, easily avoided. I see what other people go through and it seems so egregious, being allergic to what's naturally around you.  Although I guess cats are avoidable.

I used to be allergic to all kinds of pollen. I was tested for about thirty kinds, and there were only two I wax not allergic to. So in summer I always suffered from extreme hay fever. But somehow it all stopped at age twenty-seven.

These days I am not allergic to anything.
