Which of these three John Williams legendary themes do you like the most. I know he has done a ton more, thats why i focus all the effort on these three tired old hens. They are legendary, Wagneresque, grandiouse symphonic pieces, but which brings both nostalgia and nausance, which depends on the setting.
Mostly they are epic scores, an epic theme song not only to these particular films, or characters, but also theme songs to many personal lifes and fans of the films, to a generation of people, boys and girls who enjoy adventure, and exietment.

Meh.....give me Elton John's Amoreena to open Dog Day Afternoon.....my favorite movie intro of all time.

filmscore composer Newton Howard, started hes music carear as Eltons keyordist/later producer, before he started making movie scores

Elton owes both Howard and Buckmaster - and Bernie! - huge debts.....Elton had the flair and energy, but I don't think he had the musical writing and production talent to hit it as big as he did.
