^ I'll probably vote for Space Art too, but I'll listen to both again. I still don't have the Space Art one in my collection, my avatar always reminds me of that LOL

I own both of these and like them very much.....but my vote has to go to the Italians. Such a wonderfully enigmatic album. Took me quite a few spins to get my head around whereas Space Art is more of an instant goodie.

^ Do you have Elektriktus' vinyl reissue from Wah Wah Records? That's the one I have and it's the worst brand new album I ever bought, quality-wise Dead

Nope, I've got a cd version. 2007 if I remember correctly and no I've never been frustrated with the sound - quite the oppositeTongue

That's good then. I think it's keeping me from trully appreciating the album, I'm quite frightened to give it another listen actually Ouch Even the cover's cardboard is cr*ppy Angry They also reissued Franco Leprino's album but despite being the only accessible edition, I'm not sure if I'll buy it Ermm

Why not just go for http://www.discogs.com/sell/release/6592336?ev=rb" rel="nofollow - the original ?LOL

Someone has to fall for it, to tell the others Tongue I cleaned it the other day, but it will probably not make much difference, especially since it's the first time I'll play it on my new turntable Ouch

Seriously, don't buy the vinyl reissue Pierre, it has more pops than some of my LPs in bad condition, some awful distortions in some parts and the sound is really cold to make it even worse

Love Electronic Mind Waves, don't own the other album but sounds good. Seems unfair voting when I've listened to one album many times over years and never heard the other in full. but Elektriktus it is.

Speaking of Integrati...Disintegrati, there's no album I like more than it, though quite a few equals.

Elektriktus for me. Space Art are on the safe side from what I've listened to. I love me experimental stuffs, and Electronic Mind Waves delivers.

^^^ It's the same here but with the other album Tongue Yeah, Integrati is a unique album Approve

^^ That's great! It's a shame you lost the cover though Ouch

^ I knew you would vote for them Tongue

Ended up voting for Space Art, like I said before.

Two more albums I never heard of.......and why is it that these albums always sound like Tangerine Dream as well as movie soundtracks...?

^ Aren't there a lot of Symphonic Prog bands that sound like Yes, Genesis, ELP, etc, but managed to do add their unique perspective to the music? Probably, someone that doesn't know the genre well, will say that Marillion sounds like Genesis. I think it's the same thing here, altough Space Art reminds me more of Vangelis and Jarre than TD.

Yep...there are a lot of symphonic bands that sound alike.
I do need to expand my knowledge of 'electronic' prog ....but there are so many other prog things  that I'm still collecting even as an old guy (64), and I haven't got around to this genre yet.
I do own most of the well known things by TD, Vangelis, etc and of course many 'Krautrock' things.

So much music...so little time.

Yeah, I understand. I listen to plenty of music every day but it's never as much as I'd want. I'd like to expand my knowledge of Jazz, but Prog keeps me busy Tongue

^Funny, I don't think either of them sound like Tangerine Dream.

Me neither. If TD and Vangelis is the only electronic music he has, I think it's perfectly understandable.

I agree. I overlooked that. Wu, which albums do you like best?

Well...of the two tracks in this one I prefer Space Art....though my problem with this type of music is the repetitive trance aspect of the songs.......they seem to just go and then end. For me they would be music to go to bed at night with or when reading....and I don't mean that in a negative way.
I'll listen to the other threads on this to see if those are any different.

Another tie, another random winner. Elektriktus and Klaus Schulze on the next round.
