For me, the dispute is between Camel, Gentle Giant and Renaissance. I'am going with Gentle Giant because I guess I return to their album more often.

Off list: Minstrel in the Gallery.

urrgg.. what better proof that the shelve life of popularity based prog was very short by 1975.

Going with the Renaissance album the best of a lot.... by a lot!

There may not be a better-sounding album in the world than WYWH, but I gotta go with the Hackett.

Had to go with the spritely effort of Free Hand because it's a very good album by a great band. The frontrunner, WYWH, is a little too safe of a pick and had some meandering spots here and there (as far as I'm concerned). I know I'm putting many of you off, but 'Here just didn't have that DSOTM epic quality to it.

My heart says Camel, Oldfield and Hackett.....but my head says Pink Floyd. Numerous plays might have lessened its impact on me - but it was great album!
