Well, I like this song. I don't know if it fits in a prog site, but Sabbath are here. To be added to the site a band needs at least one proper release, I mean a full album. Then there are teams who evaluate any proposal for addition. It looks complicate but we try to keep it "a prog site", that's why Phil Collins is not featured here other than with Genesis. Underlying which subgenre you think is a better fit would help. From this song only, I'd say Heavy Prog, but it's not my subgenre so I don't know.
