I/O was founded in early 2014. The sole purpose has always been to create progressive metal and rock music by combining a plethora of different influences and musical directions while still keeping the package tight and edgy.
Soon after the first EP was released, the band came together and became a collective with individuals who shared the same vision and a burning passion to make awesome music. Growing and rocking out live together the lineup is now stronger than ever and determined to rock its audience's socks off live or in the studio.
