I have this album by the Hungarian group Color.  It's a very good album.

Anyways, this is a bonus track that was on the cd.

I could not place the melody but for the longest time I was thinking 'I know this melody, I know this melody'.

The other day I was listening to "Once Again" in 1971 by BJH and it struck me when I heard Galadriel

does anyone else hear the similarity?  Just curious if it's just me who's insane?

Hi Progbaby, my opinion (for what it's worth...)  is that you are perfectly sane Big smile. They definitely ...erm borrowed the melody from Galadriel. BTW, there are other snippets of the song (the intro for instance) that remind me of other songs I can't quite identify, probably something from BJH themselves of from Moddy Blues. But then maybe it's just my imagination...

Yeah, the similarity to 'Galadriel' is so obvious that John Lees should be credited! And I also agree with paulindigo that there are moments reminding of something else familiar too. The opening really has something close to The Moody Blues, though I can't quite figure out what, and the melody in 1:15 to 1:39 borrows closely from the mid-section of 'Robbery, Assault and Battery' (GENESIS, A Trick of the Tail).

This was very interesting, progbaby!
