I think he is among the greatest voices in all time of rock music with power, passion, emotion, tenderness and richness. I never tire of hearing hes singing the songs with the Zombies or those he have sung with The Alan Parsons Project, spessialy "Old and Wise" has magic all over it.

Hes voice also blends nice in with others, and also manage to lift the standards on an album,

what do you think of Colin Blunstones vocal preformances

Anyone going to the Zombies show in Boulder on Sep 14?  If so, zap a line - we'll quaff a few at the theater pub.  The Zombies were blessed with so much talent; wish they'd given it a bit more time.  Imagine mixing Argent's first few albums with Colin's first two or three?  And I think the later progressive vein that Argent followed would've suited CB.  Not too late, I guess.....if anyone's going, drop a line.

Well, I'm not going. I'm not a frequent gig viositor at all, and any ofthe Boulders mentioned on Wikipedia is far from where I am. But here is some foretaste: The Zombies with Colin Blunstone, Rod Adgent and Jim Rodford in 2014.

Colin Blunstone was one of my favourite vocalists in the 70's and early 80's.
