from listening to some songs i come to notised how much melody and interesting instrumentation they have. a band that is both funny and captivative, they are also a good live band.

The long version of Love Is Like Oxygen is quite Prog.

they're called The Sweet for a reason their music was sugary pop rock at its finest. I find it truly addicting and when i want some musical dessert i often indulge in both versions of Destination Boulevard :)

The drummer, I think, was the driving force of the band.  Love Desolation Blvd (only had the American version) and Give Us a Wink.

The song Set Me Free is quite fun, heavy and showimg the huge drum chops ofMick Tucker

I believe Tucker were a better double bass player then Simon Phillips

I never post anything anywhere without doing more than basic research, often in depth.
