2016 was another big Prog year for me.  There are actually more, but I did not want to repeat artists and the ones listed I like better.

Lots of great releases here
I am going to be boring but I just adore that Floyd album to bits. Maybe not their best but it's got a morning feeling and such a warm ambiance about it that always connects with me. Quite possibly the Floyd album I've spun the most over the years.

I'll go Devin Townsend (even though it's by far not my favorite from him), plus it was actually released last year LOL

There are great albums in the list though: Zappa, Magma, Floyd, Mogwai and Camel

Classical music isn't dead, it's more alive than it's ever been. It's just not on MTV.

Very tough, but I'll go for B'Sides themselves (mainly because it has Grendel on it), just ahead of Camel, the two Steves, Rush and Jeff Beck.

Now that this poll has fallen into the archives, it seems a good time for me to thank everyone and put my own vote in.  It is difficult for me to pick just one out of all of these, but I would have that say that Ponty's A Taste for Passion just beats out the Magma album.  Other especial notables for me include Marillion, Zappa, and Anderson/Stolt.  Thanks for participating! Handshake

This. A long time favorite for me. Troubled about not voting for Hackett this go around, but hey!, I tend to listen to Live at Hammersmith more often.

Anderson/Stolt still gets played regularly in my house.
It's almost classic Yes.
That's a good thing.

(The Raven is probably a better album but whatever...)
