We have some familiar local faces entertaining us in a special one-off performance of Shrink Floyd. We're taking this to the Assembly Rooms to capture the beauty of the venue and combine it with Shrink Floyd's spectacular light show. Can't wait! Shrink Floyd are a quality 3 piece band based in Hampshire. The band consists of only vocals, guitar, drums, occasionally a piano, and absolutely NO backing tracks. This is not a ‘soundalike’ band – Shrink Floyd will go where the music takes them, and so no two performances are ever alike. With incredible guitar sounds and stunning vocals, Shrink Floyd is now widely respected and appreciated as one of the UK’s premier Pink Floyd interpretation bands, giving the audience a truly authentic reproduction of the spirit and music of Pink Floyd. The band aims to capture the immersive Pink Floyd sound - with lighting and lasers thrown into the mix this is a show not to be missed! Shrink Floyd plays a unique blend of hits and deeper cuts from the Pink Floyd catalogue, including The Dark Side of the Moon in its entirety. Everything you will hear is 100% live.
