It's the second item at the right hand side on the second line of every page on here:  Search. Select the 'Advanced Search' for best results, and change the 'Search In' drop down menu options from 'Message Body' to 'Topic Subject' and the 'Find Posts' drop down menu from the default of 'Last Six Months' to 'Any Date'.It's always worth running the search again if it returns zero results the first time too...As Kevin has already said - the feature is not the most robust.
