I went with Quartermass. It's got the organ thing going on, then the bluesy vocals and a little spacing out in the middle.

Allman Brothers - Stormy Monday
Lynyrd Skynyrd - Tuesday's Gone
Lynyrd Skynyrd - Saturday Night Special

These ones work for me.

Two random guys agreed to shake hands. Just Because. They felt like it, you know. It was an agreement of sorts...a random agreement.

With all due respect, it's Quatermass, with only 1 "R".  They were named after the British scientist/hero of film and TV Professor Bernard Quatermass.  (I strongly recommend Quatermass and the Pit to horror/SF fans.)
Anyway, I bought the album when it came out and love it to this day.  One of my oldest friends dated organist Peter Robinson for a while and said he was a really nice guy.  Bassist John Gustafson started out in the Merseybeats and played on Roxy Music's Stranded, Country Life & Siren.
If not for the Quatermass, my 2nd choice would have been the Eno.

^What the Drow says.  Except My Sunday Feeling blows all of these out of the water.

So just for that:

Mine is the sole vote thus far for Malachi. A wonderful Wednesday from a wonderful album (Holy Music)

Perry Leopold's "Sunday Afternoon in the Garden of Delights" would be my Sunday pick.
