When i see these showws my skin itch and i get nervous. Shows im partly grown up with but whom have a tendancy to be more annoying then entertaining (imo). Worst thing ever is Smurf hits. Teletubbies is created by people on LSD.

Television executive: "How are we going to keep these kids entertained for an hour?"
Employee: "I don't know, why not give them LSD?"
Television executive: "We can't that'll break the law"
Employee: "Why not simulate an LSD trip and advertise it as education?"
Television executive: "You have just received a promotion, good work"

Classical music isn't dead, it's more alive than it's ever been. It's just not on MTV.

Nothing beats "Dora the explorer", "Ben and Holly's little kingdom" and "Peppa pig" in annoyance competition.

I wonder what the art budget are for those shows, looks half-finnished, too poorly executed.

Actually, the Smurfs cartoon shown on Saturday mornings back in the 80s was pretty good. It had some humor and wit and often featured fantastical themes. At times, it was more D&D than that godawful D&D cartoon from the 80s.

Teletubbies was far more annoying (far, far, far more annoying) than Smurf could ever be. Barney was pretty annoying too

According to my opinion, the most annoying kiddies show was that KISS thing.

hisss.... you do pull Micky's tail at your own risk...LOL  I had the KISS lunchbox... many of us did.

the hell with Sesame Street...KISS was the ultimate educator of the youth of my generation of the joys of platform heels, makeup, women's tits, booze, irritating your parents and the overall glorious excesses of kick ass ROCK AND ROLL

They can't be compared.

I don't know the shows, but the Smurfs is part of classic Belgian children comics legacy, as Tintin, Lucky Luke and Boule et Bill.
