New band with just the one album which came out today (you can listen to the whole thing on http://www.infringement.bandcamp.com/" rel="nofollow - www.infringement.bandcamp.com ). The guitarist is Stig Andre Clason, also of Norwegian heavy-prog band The Windmill.

Band Members:

Kristoffer Utby - Drums,
Hans Andreas Brandal - Lead Vocal,
Espen Larsen - Bass

Bio:

Infringement is a band from Oslo, Norway. Their music can be described as progressive rock with roots in rock and symphonic rock. In 2015 on a cold November evening, at an apartment in Oslo, Norway. Stig Andre Clason (Guitarist from The Windmill), Kristoffer Utby and Hans Andreas Brandal met over good whisky and love of music. Not long after they had rented a rehearsal space and were rocking out, inspiration filled and conquest seeking. But something was missing, an empty void in their musical expression, so subsequently Espen Larsen joined in spring 2016.

They got to work then on their debut album, "Transition", released in May 2017. Stylistically the band is along the lines of the likes of Pendragon, Arena, Camel, Genesis etc., and will probably also please fans of The Windmill too.
