Hi all, my name is Stu from proggy alt-rock band Servants of Science. I hope it's not bad form to begin with putting forward our own band as a first post but I figured it made sense to get the ball rolling on this while I have a look around :) We've been getting tremendous support from Prog radio stations since our albums release on Monday, including a full album play on www.progwaveradio.com with many more lined up. We also have a lot of press reviews and articles coming soon. If I'm honest, the response we've been getting has been overwhelming and humbling, we've been greeted with extraordinary amounts of support and kindness.

So, firstly a bit about the band...

Servants of Science formed in 2016 in Brighton, England and have been steadily crafting their conceptual masterpiece, "The Swan Song", throughout the year that followed. "The Swan Song" is the bands debut album which tells tells the story of an astronaut who witnesses the end of the world whilst floating in space, however, there is more to it than first meets the ear!. The album will be released digitally on December 4th, followed by CD and a beautiful heavy weight vinyl edition served up in a gatefold sleeve, as all concept albums should be!, on January 26th 2018. The physical formats are already available for pre-order.

Welcome Stu! Hug

Listened to your bandcamp and reminded me of the similar vein to Pink Floyd or so ... a tad acceptable though.

Tossed to PSIKE Team. Thanks!

Thanks Damo, really appreciate you taking the time to listen and passing it on to the PSIKE team. Yeah, we wear our Pink Floyd and Flaming Lips influences on our sleeves ;)
