Two highly dedicated groups whom have made a couple of high standard avant garde/ experimental music of grand style. Acrobatic instrumentation, goes into uncharted territories. Often compared to King Crimsons traits of wierdness and approach. so which one is it you find to be mosy enjoyfull

SGM by far. I'll have to give Tool another try some time but from what I've heard SGM is way more interesting.

I like Tool a lot but come on it's Sleepytime by a huge margin.

Idiot Flesh is better than Sleepy, so I vote that

Classical music isn't dead, it's more alive than it's ever been. It's just not on MTV.

SGM: I love some songs to pieces and hate others, of Tool most songs are just OK. So SGM is the band that gives me more.

TOOL by a wide margin, but then I'm more into that style of music.

SGM is way more varied and quirky.

Two random guys agreed to shake hands. Just Because. They felt like it, you know. It was an agreement of sorts...a random agreement.

SGM is creative all right... but I don't really like listening to them

I love Tool.....  can't wait for this new album to actually come out

I used to hate both, but I'm beginning to really appreciate Tool.

SGM is never going to click.

It's been a while since I listen to either, but yes SGM seemed far more 'interesting'

SGM is definitely more creative.

Warning: Listening to jazz excessively can cause a laxative effect.

SGM for me. I wanted to like Tool and bought Lateralus, but whenever I played it I ended up bored and with my attention wandering. The fault may be mine rather than Tool's, of course.
