KAABEL is a project of BPM (Brothers Producing Music), formed in May 2005. The idea was to improvise and jam together and have as fun as possible while doing some great music together. The music is psychedelic and instrumental, with a mix of styles like trance, space rock, reggae, ambient, dub, cosmic funk & folk. Itīs storytelling, meditative, unexpected music. The band started when Kaufmann & Inzect didn't have anything to do and started to jam together. They started to record their jams to learn more about that process, and then invited some good friends to jam with them. Jocke from the Carpet Knights on bass was first. Then Karle from Load Silence on guitar came along. After that Solen from Bland Bladen & Emil joined in with a really nice jam that strongly influenced their sound (Rotation Stabilizer 05-07-23). Over time, they included members of Blandbladen, Derango, Inzect, The Carpet Knights, Oresund Space Collective, Mantric Muse, Drakh von Trip, and more.
