| I didn't vote because Crosswinds is the only album I've heard other than Spectrum. I did see him at Yoshi's in Oakland a couple of weeks ago - he played stuff from Crosswinds and a couple of Spectrum classics - fantastic show, he's still got it! |

Picked up an original vinyl copy of Crosswinds for $2 the other day....but I still think Spectrum is his best solo work. For me his best work or at least my favorite are his Mahavishnu albums . ------------- One does nothing yet nothing is left undone. Haquin |

Total Eclipse, then Crosswinds and Spectrum equal second, then Inner Conflicts, then A Funky Thide of Sings. The others I've heard are decent enough generic fusion with first-rate chops, but less interesting than those five.
