David Bowie had good comedic timing, Phil Collins are quite funny in some interviews. Pete Townshend have a sardonic kind of humor but also that is humorus. The whole body language of John Entwiztle speeks of someone whom had comedic tallent. John Haliwell in Supertramp is also fenuinly a funny fellow. -------------

Not strictly music, but Richard Lyons (aka Dick Vaughn, Pastor Dick, etc) and David Wills (aka The Weatherman) of Negativland never fail to crack me up.
