DutchProg should, I think if he hasn't already, try to delete his cache, maybe try another browser, and as Vompatti says, reset his router.

I'll see what I can do and if I can do anything. It may be the that the IP range is blocked due to actions after the attacks on the site, and I will try to check that. EDIT: I expect some problems with balcklists concerning his dynamic IP. If he can't improve it on his end, or the problem doesn't go away, don't know that I can do anything without contacting WebWiz. Perhaps he should contact WebWiz to look into it, or another admin may have better luck.
