In my opinion, Beat is better than Discipline and TOAPP.

Compact, without weak songs, less instrumental, less ardous and more pleasent, it contains one masterpiece:
Requiem. Best song. The others are far.

I really like Beat (its better than TOAPP IMO)

Sartori in Tanjier is a fantastic piece of music and gets my vote.

Neurotica, floowed very close by Sartori in Tanjier, and  Neal and Jack and Me.

I can understand why there are so many votes for Sartori In Tangier... it is a great track. However, my favourite track is Neurotica.

The Howler is definitely the odd one out. The least memorable track from the album. No surprise it has no votes.

It's very wild-card-ish New Wave crimsonian and has similar ingredients to both Neurotica's (both start with a fade in, then burst of frenzy, though less so in TH, crazy "elephant" solos) and Waiting Man's (polyrythms...WM grooves & flows superbly, but TH pretty groovy as well). And those boosted chorus effects on guitar that are typical of Beat... If there weren't heavenly WM I'd vote for TH

I love 80’s model KC. Could well be the most honestly ‘progressive’ music of the era.
