I see that this Psych/Folk Constantine has been mentioned  a couple of times in the fora (not to be confused with the metal one), but it doesn't seem to have ever been formally proposed.  Constantine has one studio album released in 2015 called "Day of Light".  Apparently another LP will be coming out this summer.

Here is the whole album for evaluation purposes:

And here are the four longest tracks off it.

Constantine has an O.W.L. relation (O.W.L. is included in Prog Folk) -- Stephen Titra, the man behind O.W.L. performed on "Day of Light":

Constantine is a solo project by songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Constantine Hastalis. Constantine's LP Day of Light features assistance from various Chicago-based musicians. The album also features help from members of the legendary Psychedelic Folk band O.W.L. (Of Wondrous Legends), including album art by Stephen Titra. Titra and Al Keeler from O.W.L. also perform on some tracks of the album.

Day Of Light was privately pressed in 300 copies in an ornate gatefold sleeve, and distributed by Guerssen Records (Spain). Instrumentation on the album includes Mellotron, Baldwin Electric Harpsichord, Vox Continental organ, sitar, fuzz guitar, vibraphone and more.  It also features the magical hobbit-inspired flute and piccolo meanderings of Steve Hastalis who's name appears on the album Common Bond by the The Ides of March.  The songs have a baroque, nuanced and hopeful atmosphere that fans of the 1969/70 dense, delicate and Psychedelic Folk/Progressive Folk sound will enjoy.

Watching while most appreciating a sunset in the moment need not diminish all the glorious sunsets I have observed before. It can be much like that with music for me.
