I think it'd deserve to be sticky in "Top 10 and lists", and apparently it isn't currently.

While a huge amount of effort went into that topic, I'm personally not that keen on having many stickies (and sorry to be a stick in the mud, but some stickies I've enabled have been then unstuck which wedgied me metaphorically ;)). It is a rather dated "contest" now from the 18 participants. That said, I'm not opposed if someone else decides to sticky it. If someone wants to post something substantive in it (i.e. not some lame bump), then I'll happily unlock it in preparation.
