have to admit I’m intrigued as to how Evan Carson has still not been added. I realise that what is or is not prog can be quite subjective, but I would have thought he’d have ticked the necessary boxes to at the very least be considered Prog Related or Crossover.....? 🤔

He probably hasn't been added because, looking at progfreak, he doesn't appear to have been evaluated thus far (unless the Prog Folk team - who don't use progfreak to keep track of their evaluations - have picked him up for a listen at some point).

He certainly belongs here for my money, so I've taken the liberty of adding him to progfreak in the hope that the Crossover team might give his album a quick listen, and thus decide whether he might be a fit for that sub, or perhaps a move to Prog Folk?

Edit: Second suggestion, for inclusion in the Prog Folk sub, from September of this year:  http://www.progarchives.com/forum/forum_posts.asp?TID=124080" rel="nofollow - http://www.progarchives.com/forum/forum_posts.asp?TID=124080 .

not in favour of prog folk for this guy - seems more crossover for me, with elements of folk and symphonic.  Ge reminds me a bit of Aaron English
