Born in Plymouth, England in the 60s, Michael J Bolton has been active
as a musician since leaving school at age 16. After starting as a
guitarist, he was concentrating on the electric bass in 1979. Since

off topic, but in 1979-1980 Michael then Bolotin was in a hard rock band with Bruce Kulick (later on in Kiss) called Blackjack, very decent stuff.
