New single by Russian avant/sympho-prog-band Roz Vitalis

"The Man Whose Wings Were Cut Off” is the newest Roz Vitalis opus. Work on this track began on the last day of the spring of 2019, and ended already at the beginning of the “self-isolation regime”. Today it is one of the most sophisticated and multi-layered compositions of the group.
The Man Whose Wings Were Cut Off” is the group’s first experience using ethnic instruments such as doira and rubab, rarely used in rock music. They were played by a musician from Hamburg, Serghei Liubcenco. Another guest was Igor Luniov on ukulele, previously once already collaborated with Roz Vitalis.
The cover of the single is designed by the wonderful artist Vyacheslav Potapov. This is the first experience of Roz Vitalis collaborating with him, although he designed booklets for the albums of several prog rock groups, including all releases of the side project of the Roz Vitalis main composer - Rozmainsky & Mikhaylov Project.

After listening to this track, I had a dream (I hope that this dream will turn into reality) to climb a high mountain, ripping off a wonderful edelweiss from there, having previously swallowed the crystal clear water of never ceasing mountain streams...
