The opening song off Cardiacs' On Land and in the Sea and from Pendragon's The Jewel. Both are short, how sweet depends on the taste. I like the way these contrast (I expect this to be rather polarising) while being fairly jaunty and fun in their ways. It gives a bit more of a taste of both from the 80s (I love the 80s).

The Cardiacs track is really fun, but they're jumping around in a bit too many directions in such a compact song (but well, this is a bit their "program", isn't it?). I prefer the cohesiveness of Pendragon's Higher Circles here...

Ditto. The freneticism of the Cardiacs song isn't unappealing, though.
