Bhavachakra are an American blackened death metal quartet from Orlando, Florida, in existence since 2014. The group initially began as the project of guitarist/vocalist/pianist Kenneth Reda (of progressive black metal band Infinite Earths) and drummer Paul Stacks. The band claim influence from Krallice, Gorguts, 1349 and Deathspell Omega, which informs their style of technical, dissonant progressive metal.

Bhavachakra independently released their self-titled debut via their Bandcamp in early 2016. Reda described the record's lyrical themes as "ranging from Buddhism / Hinduism, duality, the cosmos and our rapidly deteriorating planet." In the wake of its release, Stacks subsequently moved back to Texas to be replaced by multi-instrumentalist Danny Morris (of Maruta and others), and the lineup expanded to a four-piece with the addition of guitarist Ryan Kittredge and bassist Terran Fernandez (Reda's bandmate in Infinite Earths). Bhavachakra were signed to Translation Loss Records in mid-2016, with the label rereleasing their debut on CD later that year.

Bhavachakra operate in the orbit of groups like Imperial Triumphant, Awe, Krallice, Dodecahedron, Ephel Duath and Thantifaxath.
