I'll stick with CTTE, but 90125 is definitely underrated. I know a lot of people give it crap for not being a prog album, but it's still a really solid pop rock record nonetheless Smile

I love 90125 to death, it's almost more personal to me. But I just can't pretend CTTE isn't better.

Porg for short. My love of music doesn't end with prog! Feel free to discuss all sorts of music with me. Odds are I'll give it a chance if I haven't already! :)

Actually, four of them do not belong. You simply can't measure any of these against Close to the Edge.

Sedmikrasky does not belong, because it is not a Yes album. It is a movie.

2 people apparently picked Sedmikrasky.

I love both CTTE and 90125.

It’s like comparing apples and oranges. I can’t do it. Sorry!

One represents a pinnacle of 1970s Prog (with incredible percussion) and the other represents a pinnacle of 1980s Prog.

Both Steve Howe and Trevor Rabin are amazing guitarists with very different styles. Nope! I’m not going there.

Respect for both! Respect! And enough with the 90210 business. There’s a really good book about the making of CTTE if you are interested in that sort of thing (I am!).

CttE would win against almost any album, it doesn't need help putting it against such obvious weaker albums.

I think it's ridiculous that anyone seriously rates 90125 above CTTE.

Is this serious? Of course Close To The Edge by miles away.

It’s quite obvious that Close to the Edge is going to take this one. The others, except for Open Your Eyes, are quite good too.

No contest here. I sent some love to Union, who usually doesn't get much of it.

CTTE obviously, but I would actually include 90125 in my Yes top 5.

Close to the Edge is completely out of place in this poll, since it's obviously the winner. So I decided to ignore it, like the other 10 people who voted before me, and my vote goes to Union.

Contrary to popular preference, I have always loved Union, a hair or two more than 90125. Union is a little "rockier" than the "poppier" 90125. And I grew up during the 90s, so I tend to prefer that too.

I would've voted for The Quest if it had been included, but their classic 1972 album comes Close to the Edge of being almost as good. Smile

Union isn't nearly as terrible as most make it out to be and of course 90125 is a great pop rock album that a lot of older Yes fans unnecessarily poop on, however, neither is as good as close to the edge and other than as a joke I can't understand why anyone would vote for anything other than close to the edge.

because it's a silly poll and CTTE is such an obvious winner. Tongue

I voted 90125 as a joke, but I also love the album.

Close to the Edge is from another planet. 90125 and Open Your Eyes are good albums and better then Union. I think that Union is one of Yes worst albums.

Union is decent, uneven, but decent.
OYE is unlistenable.

90125 is great, I've always loved it.

Open Your Eyes was my first Yes album. I bought it in 1997 when I was fifteen. From this album I started to listen this great band. So it can't be disgusting.
