More albums from the 1990s to reflect upon.
Would any of these be in your list of Top 25 albums from that decade?

Here we have also a great list. Of all these I easily can choose: Solaris - Nostradamus, Camel - Rajaz. Änglagĺrd - Epilog, Arena - The Visitor, Fates Warning - Parallels, Pendragon - The Masquerade Overture and Pain of Salvation - Entropia. Here are my choices.

I was kind of stunned Radiohead - OK Computer isn't in the top 50. I checked, it's 51st!!

Swans' Soundtracks for the Blind is for me an amazing album. I love 90's Swans generally. F♯A♯∞ would also make my list. As would Sigur Rós' Ágćtis Byrjun (especially if only including ones included in PA), but I voted for Swans and Godspeed. Definitely most of my favourites did not make this top 50, and a lot of my favourites of the decade are not in PA. Tortoise is a major fave of mine in PA that did not make the list. Outside of PA, I love Portishead, Pram, Stereolab, Broadcast, Air, Boards of Canada,. Really like Neutral Milk Hotel... Seeing Art Zoyd and Swans represented in the polls particularly pleases me.

I'd need to put a complete Top 25 together to know for sure. None of them comes close to Haxan and Sing to God in the other poll, but a number of them could be around 25. I suspect ultimately none of these would qualify, but Swans and Godspeed are very good and PT and Sigur Ros not much behind.

I actually haven't given Ágćtis Byrjun or Sigur Ros) a second chance in what has to be over 20 years. A little impatiently I wrote them off as beautifully boring. Over the years, whenever I've been exposed to their music I've enjoyed what I've heard. It's cetainly more refreshing to walk into a bar or a restaurant... or someone's home, hearing their ethereal dream-rock, than most of what I can dare to hope for. And I rarely find beautiful to be boring anymore. I can even admit to like Enya (infact I love Enya!).

Looking at these lists--and, now, the voting results and comments on these polls--I realize how deep in the minority I am here on PA with my likes and dislikes. Oh, well! I shall endeavor to press on regardless!

These three, plus Masquerade Overture for me... I guess I never grow tired of old Neo
The PoS, Royal Hunt, Tool & Fates would have been considered years ago, but not so much these days... I never got into LTE; pure Prog-Metal w**kery for me.
Unlike many here, 'The Sky Moves Sideways' has never been a top PT album for me; I have to be in the mood for it...

Ozric Tentacles and Godspeed possibly. Less probable: IQ, Camel, Sigur Ros, LTE 2. The rest not.
